Born and raised in the vibrant city of Fayetteville, North Carolina, I'm the proud founder of Crystal Clear Consulting Group. My journey began at Fayetteville State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance. From there, I set out on a mission to make a positive impact on my community, armed with a deep commitment to giving back.

I'm not just about business, though. I'm a firm believer in uplifting those around me. Alongside my husband, Brandon McLean, I serve as the Youth Pastor at our local assembly, directly influencing the lives of young individuals. As a proud mom to my daughter Harmony, I'm passionate about equipping the next generation with essential financial management skills.

Recognizing the importance of financial awareness, I've created financial literacy resources that have gained international recognition as best-selling tools for financial education. But I didn't stop there. With years of experience as a banker, financial advisor, business counselor, and director of lending, I've taken that knowledge and packaged it into strategies that I now use to guide my clients at Crystal Clear Consulting Group.

I help my clients create sustainable, revenue-generating business models. I've also had the privilege of packaging this knowledge for the benefit of nonprofit organizations and other programs seeking to create impactful and influential programming. My goal?
